My Vision

I'm here to help you find joy in movement. I use my background in various sports and fitness to come up with creative and thoughtful movement patterns that are personalized to meet the needs of each client. My holistic approach to training emphasizes what I like to call body equilibrium. Body equilibrium means balanced musculature and mobility that enhances your natural movement, equally working all areas of the body, building strong foundational movements that will allow you to progress safely, while making sure we listen to your body's feedback. By emphasizing mindful and efficient movement mechanics and body awareness, you will begin to learn how each movement should feel, and not just how it should look.

My fitness journey started when I was very young with professional level dance training that I eventually progressed to a Bachelor of Arts degree in modern dance and movement studies. This provided the foundation of strength, discipline, and body awareness that has allowed me to perform as an athlete. Nowadays my focus has shifted more toward strengthening my passions for rock climbing, skiing (both inbounds and backcountry), running, yoga, and general fitness. 

In my off time you can find me adventuring with my dog, Ritter, working on my latest art project, or reading a book down by the lake.
