My Vision
I'm here to help you find joy in movement. I use my background in various modalities to come up with creative and thoughtful movement patterns that are personalized to meet the needs of each client. By emphasizing mindful and efficient movement mechanics and body awareness, you will begin to learn how each movement should feel, and not just how it should look.
My specialty in women's health and fitness was driven by my own desire to perform better in the outdoors. Women are so incredibly powerful and complex and we are often not treated uniquely in training. Our bodies change multiples more in a lifetime than men but we continue to be trained the same, and that just isn't right. I want to make sure each client maximizes their performance by harnessing strength from hormonal cycles, adjusting based on reproductive changes, and fueling the body according to our fluctuations.

My fitness journey started when I was very young with professional level dance training that I eventually progressed to a Bachelor of Arts degree in modern dance and movement studies. This provided the foundation of strength, discipline, and body awareness that has allowed me to perform as an athlete. Nowadays my focus has shifted more toward strengthening my passions for rock climbing, skiing (both inbounds and backcountry), running, yoga, and general fitness.
In my off time you can find me adventuring with my dog, Ritter, working on my latest art project, or reading a book down by the lake.
